How do I care for and keep my KMALEONE jewelry clean?

Store your jewelry in individual bags, in its original packaging. Keep it away from air, direct light, or moisture. Avoid, as much as possible, contact with perfumes or other cosmetics/cleaning products. We recommend removing it when showering or during strenuous exercise, especially when swimming in the ocean or chlorinated pools.

SILVER:

Sterling silver can darken due to exposure to air and light, or in some cases, due to the different pH levels of the skin. To clean this type of piece, we recommend using a soft cloth with a non-abrasive silver cleaner to prevent damage.

LEATHER:

Do not wet the leather.

To treat it, you can apply a colorless and odorless moisturizer. Then, rub it in with a dry cotton cloth and let it air dry.

STONES:

If you want to clean the stones, use a soft cotton cloth.

Does my KMALEONE jewelry have a warranty?

The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Kmaleone will be liable for any non-conformities that become apparent within one year of the purchase date. If your item is defective, non-functional, or doesn't match the advertised description, please contact us so we can review the situation and resolve the issue.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects; under no circumstances does it cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, or any other damage that is not a manufacturing defect.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
